Invigorating?

Sunday I put $15.00 worth of gas in the van. That filled it half-way but I only had about $18.00 to last until payday on the 15th (today). I haven't been this broke since my kids were little...didn't have 2 nickels to rub together some days then. It's kind of invigorating to make it through until payday after running out of money - reminds me of the old days.

OK, that's enough invigoration.

  2. Right? Especially this time of year... I'm with you on the "enough invigorating, already" - LOL. How about some pure relaxation??

I remember as a kid I would make the most outlandish lists for Santa:

    1. A Pony
    2. A Monkey
    3. A Castle

and what I found Christmas mornings was never anywhere close - but I rarely thought of what had been on my list then. I was always so enchanted by what "Santa" had taken such care in selecting for me. Magical.

Kind of the way I feel about YOU.

And I have seen the same thing occur for our children, year round.
